Slow cooked with fresh pineapple and basted with brown sugar pineapple glaze
Preheat oven to 350°. Once oven is to temperature, place whole container on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes per pound or until internal temperature is 180°. Let rest on counter for up to 20 minutes before uncovering. Be careful, corners of the lid may be sharp.
